Boro’s 1-0 win over Parkgate took them back to the top of the table.
Ryan Blott’s penalty was the only goal. It was only Boro’s second penalty of the season – the other in the home 4-1 win over Thackley, also taken by Blott but which was saved by the Thackley keeper.
Boro went top thanks to Worksop Parramore’s 1-1 draw at home against Nostell, and Boro still have a game in hand over Worksop.
The 354 attendance was Boro’s lowest attendance of the season so far.
